We are proud to say we are a Great Place to Work 2020, small workplace category, which makes it the 11th year in a row that we\u2019ve received this accolade. The award is based on an external staff survey, which makes it even more meaningful and important to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The GPTW judges commented: \u201cVirgo Health promotes flexibility and work life balance through a range of flexible working options including summer hours, working from home and flex hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey also appear to be invested in the wellbeing of their employees with a range of initiatives and activities, proactively calling for employees to consider their physical and mental wellbeing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the previous year, we introduced lots of improvements to agency life. Last year we created our Cultural Ambassadors, a team of employees from all levels directly reporting to the MD to help shape the business. Our Cultural Ambassadors helped us form a new rewards and recognition programme, formalise our flexible working policy, reviewed our internal communications and renewed our CSR policy. We also trained more Mental Health First Aiders and introduced a much-loved office dog policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We look forward to using this year\u2019s GPTW feedback to understand areas of importance to our people and build on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
