  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise innovative sourcing methods to find and engage passive and active talent, building strong relationships with top professionals in our industry
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on workforce planning, succession and market trends
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging and personalised candidate experience from the first touchpoint through to offer
  • Champion our employer brand, leveraging storytelling and marketing strategies to position us as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate across departments, from HR to Marketing, to elevate our talent initiatives and create unified campaigns
  • Drive DEI initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring diverse representation in candidate pools
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor hiring strategies and talent availability to inform business decisions
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of strategies, providing regular updates to the leadership team

  • Proven track record in senior recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably within PR, communications or healthcare sectors
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a strong understanding of candidate engagement and experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare PR or adjacent industries is a plus but not essential
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine interest in healthcare communications and making a difference through talent
  • You see recruitment as more than a process; you see it as an opportunity to create transformative connections
  • You understand the big picture and know how to execute plans to get there
  • You’re committed to building diverse, inclusive teams that celebrate different perspectives and truly reflect the richness of the world around us

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment
